By downloading, installing, or using the Haven app, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the service.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Haven offers both free and premium features.
  • Access to premium content requires a weekly or yearly subscription, billed through Apple's App Store.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple device's settings.
  • Prices and billing terms are subject to change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content within the Haven app—including code, design, branding, images, and text—is the property of Haven or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any portion of the app without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Haven is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim liability for:

  • Data loss or service interruptions
  • Emotional distress resulting from use of the app
